Ferro

Visual artist Jan Rothuizen (known for his drawings in the Volkskrant) made the book “The Soft Atlas of the Netherlands” containing maps in black and white; partly drawn and partly written. The maps are not an objective representation of reality but a personal interpretation of the environment. During this workshop Jan Rothuizen shares his working method, takes you on an observational walk through the neighborhood and helps you make your own drawing. This sketching workshop is suitable for all ages and all levels!
