The numbers speak. In order to reach the Paris Agreement we must move towards a CO2 negative society. The Dutch ambition to achieve a 55% reduction in CO2 emissions by 2030 and a 100% reduction by 2050 calls for decisiveness. The built environment is responsible for 38% of CO2 emissions and therefore bears great responsibility.
In order to achieve the goals, we have no choice but to accelerate. That is why IABR and CARBONLAB are organizing an event that focusses on knowledge exchange. Several steps are already being taken within the entire chain. By sharing this knowledge and learning from each other, we can accelerate together. With speakers from various disciplines, we will explore appealing examples and agree on the next steps. It’s About Time!
